These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PokeStore, an online Pokemon trading card storefront operated by Chiyo Finance LLC (千代ファイナンス合同会社). By using PokeStore, placing an order, or submitting a card request, you agree to these terms.
Additional conditions shown in a checkout screen, quote, invoice, order confirmation, card request, or service-specific notice form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PokeStore.
PokeStore provides an online store for Pokemon cards and related commerce operations, including inventory management, card requests, quotes, invoices, chat, order tracking, and shipping administration.
We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, product improvement, legal compliance, or changes to third-party services.
Product availability, pricing, card condition, and shipping options are shown on the website or in your custom card request quote. An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Custom card request quotes are valid only for the stated items, price, payment method, shipping method, and expiry period. We may decline or cancel a request if the requested cards cannot be sourced, market prices change materially before acceptance, payment is not completed, or fulfillment would be impractical or unlawful.
We may cancel unpaid orders, suspected fraudulent orders, pricing or inventory errors, orders affected by payment failure, or orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If payment has already been received for an order we cancel, we will refund the paid amount using a reasonable method.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, listed product prices are tax-inclusive where applicable. Shipping costs, discounts, and the final payable amount are shown before payment.
Available payment methods may include card payment through Stripe, Revolut, and bank transfer. Payment method availability can change at any time. You must follow the payment instructions and use any provided payment reference so we can match the payment to your order.
You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, currency conversion provider, customs authority, or local tax authority.
PokeStore may ship from Japan, Croatia, or another fulfillment location depending on the item and order type. Available shipping methods may include Japan Post, Hrvatska Posta, BoxNow, or other delivery providers shown at checkout or in a quote.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruption, incorrect shipping details, local postal services, import processing, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for paying any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges that apply in your country.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph cards accurately. Card conditions are assessed by hand inspection and may include Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Good, Played, graded, or other condition labels shown on the product page.
Minor differences in centering, surface, edges, corners, print quality, color, lighting, or screen display can occur. For graded cards, the grading company's label and certification information control the grade shown.
Trading cards are collectible goods with condition-sensitive value. Unless required by mandatory law, all sales are final and we do not offer general returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, market price changes, or condition opinions that were already disclosed.
If you receive the wrong item, a materially misdescribed item, or an item damaged before delivery to you, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution.
These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
If you use admin, staff, customer, chat, quote, or order lookup features, you must keep registration information accurate and current. You are responsible for managing credentials, devices, employee accounts, API connections, and access permissions.
Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not responsible for loss caused by user-side access management failures, incorrect data entry, or unauthorized access caused by your own security practices.
You must not misuse PokeStore, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, overload systems, infringe third-party rights, enter fraudulent data, submit false orders, violate law or public order, interfere with payment or shipping systems, or damage us or third parties.
PokeStore may connect with payment providers, delivery providers, email providers, analytics services, cloud services, AI providers, accounting tools, marketplaces, printers, or other third-party services. You must comply with those services' terms and technical restrictions where applicable.
Service availability may be affected by third-party outages, specification changes, API changes, rate limits, account restrictions, or termination.
Analytics, recommendations, AI extraction results, inventory counts, price information, sales or expense data, labels, invoices, order statuses, tracking results, and other outputs support user decisions. You must review outputs before making important decisions, submitting accounting data, printing labels, issuing invoices, or taking sales or shipping actions.
The PokeStore service, software, screens, design, code, documentation, analytics logic, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Pokemon, card names, artwork, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. PokeStore is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures unless expressly stated.
User-entered data remains with the user or the relevant rights holder, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate PokeStore and fulfill orders.
We do not guarantee that PokeStore will fit a particular purpose, be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, secure from all incidents, or continuously compatible with third-party services.
Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, data loss, indirect damages, special damages, or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.
For claims relating to an order, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where mandatory law requires a different result.
We may suspend or terminate all or part of PokeStore for violation of these terms, security needs, unpaid fees, fraud prevention, third-party service issues, legal compliance, maintenance, or other reasonable causes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to PokeStore will be submitted to the Japanese court with jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the exclusive court of first instance.
We may update these terms due to legal changes, service changes, or operational improvements. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
