Chiyo Finance LLC (千代ファイナンス合同会社) handles personal information, usage data, and operational data in PokeStore. Depending on how you use the service, we may process order details, shipping and billing information, payment references, inventory and invoice records, card request details, quote records, chat messages, support communications, and purchase-related information.
Information may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order number, payment method, tracking number, card request images or notes, data entered by admins or staff, device and browser information, logs, cookies, local storage, and data obtained from connected services with authorization.

Card payments are processed by Stripe when available. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment details, fraud prevention data, device information, and transaction metadata under its own terms and privacy policy.
Revolut and bank transfer payments are handled through the relevant financial providers. We store only the information needed to match payment to your order, such as payment method, payment status, payment reference, bank transfer reference, or provider transaction ID.
We do not sell personal data. We do not provide personal data to third parties except where required by law, with your consent, through processors necessary to provide PokeStore, or when transmitting data to connected services based on user instructions.
Processors and connected services may include cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, AI, payment, delivery, accounting, marketplace, file storage, and customer support providers. Shipping information may be shared with delivery providers so your package can be delivered.
Where cloud, AI, email, analytics, payment, delivery, or other providers are located outside Japan, we will take steps required under Japan's personal information protection laws, including consent, information provision, or appropriate safeguards where applicable.
Where PokeStore uses AI image analysis, generation, classification, recommendation, extraction, or similar functions, user inputs, images, product information, or operational data may be processed. We use AI processing only as necessary for the service and take care with sensitive or confidential information.
Newsletter subscribers receive emails only after confirming their address where required. You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of marketing emails.
We may send service messages, order confirmations, quote notices, shipping updates, policy updates, maintenance notices, and similar operational communications even if you opt out of marketing emails.
Marketing emails may include an open pixel and tracked links so we can understand whether emails are opened and which links are clicked. We use this to improve future sends and do not sell this data.
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for cart contents, login sessions, security, settings, cookie consent, analytics, and service improvement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without essential storage.
We take reasonable security measures such as access control, authentication management, protected communications, logging, permission management, and processor management to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage.
We retain information only as necessary for service purposes, contracts, accounting, tax, legal obligations, dispute handling, backup, and security. Order, invoice, payment, and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Information no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized by reasonable means.
Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision of retained personal data under applicable law. We will verify identity and respond in accordance with law.
If GDPR or other regional privacy laws apply to you, you may also have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority, subject to legal limits and retention obligations.
Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal representative before using PokeStore, placing orders, submitting requests, or sending personal information.
We may update this policy due to legal changes, service changes, or operational improvements. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means.
